Sarah Weddle
Attorney
I started my business to help families navigate the legal process when they are confronted by issues that are often both emotionally draining and legally complex. Not knowing what to do or what to expect is daunting and anxiety inducing. My goal is to give guidance so you will know your rights, understand your options, and to facilitate resolution so you can move on with your life. I start with settlement as the goal in every case and encourage out of court resolution wherever possible. In cases where judicial intervention is necessary I focus on using my knowledge of the process and the law to bring about the best possible results for my clients.
Family law can be complicated. Legal issues overlap with emotional issues. Often there are children who are the main focus of the case but must be shielded from the process at the same time. Finances are heavily impacted. Even a "simple" case can be incredibly stressful and overwhelming. While I am not a therapist or relationship counselor--and will likely advise you to seek that help if appropriate--I am sensitive to the issues present in each case. My goal is to educate, simplify the process, and act as your advocate to give you peace of mind.
